ZEISS collaborates with leading research institutions like Max Planck Florida Institute for Neuroscience, Herbert Wertheim UF Scripps Institute Biomedical Research, and the FAU John D. MacArthur Campus as part of the Jupiter Biodiscovery and Innovation Hub.

The collaboration between Max Planck and ZEISS has already resulted in groundbreaking discoveries in neuroscience, including the imaging of ten different colors in living brains to link neural activity to social cues. This technique has potential applications in a variety of fields, including brain cancer, drug addiction studies, and anxiety.
